Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, users of the website www.themodernkids.com are notified that the data provided through this website by means of forms and/or emails received will be classified as data of a personal nature, will be included in our information systems, in order to manage the service requested, respond to your request and/or process your request.
Your data will be used, provided you give your consent or have subscribed to our newsletter, to send you marketing information about our products and our news.
Users guarantee and are liable, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided and they undertake to keep it duly up-to-date.

Right to make a claim to the Supervisory Body:

All data processed by TMKF has been voluntarily provided by the interested party.
If the request includes data of a personal nature, provided by persons who are not the data subject, before adding the data, the user must inform the data subjects of the contents of the preceding paragraphs. TMKF accepts no liability for breach of this requirement.
